Queen Container is committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 60 days of the date your order is delivered.
Eligible Items
We accept returns for both new and used products, provided they are returned within the 60-day return window.
To help us process your return efficiently, please include all original accessories, components, and documentation whenever possible.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was:
Damaged during delivery;
Defective upon arrival; or
Incorrectly shipped by Queen Container.
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Queen Container is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
The restocking fee does not apply if the return is the result of our error, including receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
Refund Processing
After your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of the inspection and approval of your return.
Your financial institution or payment provider may require additional time before the refund appears in your account.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or differs from what you ordered, please contact us promptly. We will work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including applicable return shipping costs.
