Return & Refund Policy

At Queen Containers, customer satisfaction and container quality are our top priorities. Due to the nature and scale of shipping container purchases, returns and refunds are handled under the following policy:
✅ Eligibility for Return
Returns may be accepted only under the following conditions:

The container delivered is incorrect, damaged in transit, or does not match the agreed specifications.

The issue is reported within 5 calendar days of delivery.

The container is in unmodified, unused condition and remains at the original delivery location.
Custom-modified containers are final sale and not eligible for return unless defective.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:

Containers damaged after delivery due to mishandling, relocation, or environmental exposure

Containers that have been used, altered, or moved from their original delivery location

Custom-built or modified containers (including units with doors, windows, paint, insulation, or other alterations)

Special-order or clearance items
🔄 Refunds
Once a return request is approved and the container is inspected, the following refund options may apply:

Full Refund: If the error is on our part (e.g., wrong unit delivered, transport damage, or product defect)

Partial Refund or Credit: If the return is approved but does not fall under full refund conditions

No Refund: If the container is deemed used, altered, or damaged by the customer
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10–14 business days of return approval.
Delivery and pickup charges are non-refundable, except when Queen Containers is at fault.
📦 Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.

After 24 hours, cancellations may incur a restocking and processing fee.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.

Queen Containers reserves the right to assess and deny returns that do not meet policy requirements.

All approved returns must be scheduled for pickup within 7 business days of approval.

Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
