“The Abilene” Model
The Abilene model is one of our most popular 20 ft units. This basic build has the door in the center of the unit, a three-quarter bath, and an open area for you to build the space as you see fit.

“The Beaumont” Model
The Beaumont model is the 20 ft version of our Alpine model with a focus on letting in light. With two full-size sliding glass doors and three long, narrow windows, you can fill the space with light while maintaining privacy.

“The Cleveland” Model
The Cleveland Model has a sliding glass door for entry and features an open layout to give you as much space as possible to build out the unit as you see fit.

“The Dripping Springs” Model
Our Dripping Springs model is our take on a shipping container cabin and goes well with a rooftop deck. While many use this as a hunting cabin or vacation getaway, it can be used for a living space just like our other models.

“The Kerrville” Model
The Kerrville model features our modern farmhouse skin upgrade standard and is similar to a studio apartment with a few extra features such as an upgraded window cover for security and “awning” over the doors on the end.

This 20 ft container home features a bump out to increase the square footage from 160 to 220 sq ft!
