The Cargosorb desiccant effectively and easily eliminates condensation problems in containers and warehouses. The product is designed to fit the corrugations in container walls, and thanks to the hook, it can be easily hung from one of the rings available at the container ceiling. The front of the Cargosorb desiccant is designed to absorb moisture, while the back is waterproof. This means that, unlike many other products, it can be installed in various ways and even placed directly on the cargo.
During transport, the products in containers have to withstand varying conditions and temperatures. This results in condensation, which can cause moisture damage in the container. Cargosorb desiccants are designed and manufactured to prevent this problem. Desiccants offer an extremely easy-to-use, cost-effective solution for preventing moisture damage.
Cargosorb desiccants feature a combination of calcium chloride (CaCl2) and modified starch, allowing them to absorb moisture effectively. It binds moisture and ensures that it will not be released back into the container. One desiccant contains 12 individual, pre-installed and ready-to-use moisture-absorbing bags. One desiccant can absorb up to 4 kg of moisture!
